Eli Hackman (1872-1962) was a semi-professional magician specializing in children's parties, ventriloquism, and Punch and Judy shows.
Hackman was a past of President S. A. M. Assembly No. 4 in Philadelphia.
On April 11, 1923 in Philadelphia, Hackman was one of the first performers to do Punch and Judy on radio.
He made and sold some of the vent figures and in 1920 he created the Sure Shot Dice Box.
