Geraldine Larsen Baker Jaffe (1906-1998) was the first woman to perform magic on television in San Francisco in 1939.
Her father Sam Conrad (1879-1948) was a master builder of tricks and small illusions for almost twenty years.
In the 1940s she was known as "The Magic Lady" on KTLA and starred in her own children's magic show on ABC.
She remarried television personality Art Baker and after he passed away she remarried one more time to Rubin Jaffe.
