Visitor is a classic card effect developed by Larry Jennings and first described in Expert Card Mysteries (1969). Reprint with variations in The Classic Magic of Larry Jennings written by Mike Maxwell (1986).
Effect: A signed card travels magically back and forth between the red Kings and the black Kings. For the finale, the selection appears face up in the center of the deck.
- Milt Kort's effect in the Gen (Vol. 23, no. 3, July, 1967) "Black Sandwich, Red Sandwich", he states that his was based on an effect with the same name by L. Vosborough Lyons in Jinx No. 110, September 14th 1940. Effect: A freely selected card, placed between two reversed cards in the center of one-half of the pack, is later found between two reversed cards of opposite color in the other half.
