Arthur C. Spratt, also known as Art, was an amateur magician that ran the Amateur Department section of The Sphinx, under Dr. Wilson in the 1920s and then later ran the Amateur Dept. section for the first few years of Genii in 1936.

In 1934, Spratt was the editor of the Wilsonian, the official publication of the Doctor Wilson Magical Society of Kansas City.
