Gen was an English periodical founded by Harry Stanley that was published over 26 years from his Unique Magic Studios, starting just after World War II.
It ran from Vol. 1, N° 1-2-3, February 1946 to Vol. 26, N° 3, Sept. 1970 for a total of 303 issues.
Lewis Ganson published in the Gen material that would later show up in his books including Routined Manipulation, The Art of Close-Up Magic, The Dai Vernon Book of Magic, Inner Secrets of Card Magic and The Magic of Slydini.
