Dainty Conceits, with a number of rare and witty inventions, never before printed. Made and invented for honest recreation, to passe away idle houres by Thomas Johnson published in London in 1630.
This book was 21 pages long and contained no illustrations. Along with recipes for home use (how to graft vines, make ink and prevent wine from souring), it contained a section on card tricks.
