Don Slater, a Vice-President of the Aladdin Health Studios in Portland, Oregon, served as both President of P.C.A.M. and the SAM Assembly No. 22 in the 1950s.

He worked in Portland, but called Los Angeles his home where he was also a member of the Pasadena Magician's Guild, and the I.B.M.

He attended U.C.L.A. and then worked with his father at the Slater's Gift Shop.. He also "broke" into television with the Don Lee Co. in Hollywood.[1]
