Peeler is an effect by Paul Harris published in Art of Astonishment Vol. 2 (1996). (Originally published in Close-Up Entertainer - 1979)
Effect
The performer "scrapes" off the back of a playing card leaving a jagged tear then completely restores it, handing out the card for examination.
