Donald Hendricks (1911-?) was a journalist and magician who served as president Assembly #27 of the Society of American Magicians for many years and the Davenport Ring #11 of the IBM in Iowa.

Biography

Hendricks became interested in magic in 1922 and started working professionally in 1930. He worked as a reporter for the Chicago Daily News editor of the Davenport Daily Times.

He was the editor of the Quad City Magic News and when it was renamed the Magician's Digest.

Hendricks worked for two years to bring the I.B.M. convention to Davenport in 1940.[1]
