Paul Stadelman (1900-1971), also known as "Sandu", was a professional magician that turned ventriloquist, with his figure "Windy Higgins".[1]
Biography
He enlisted in World War I in 1917 and later worked with the United Services Organization during World War II.
He was the founder of VENT-O-RAMA, a popular meeting of Ventriloquists and served as president of the International Ventriloquist Association.
He created "Polka Dot Paint" (a way of producing "color" on black and white television sets) and was was known for his voice from the genie bottle. [2]
