Rev. Russell Balsiger (fl. 1940s-1950s) of Portsmouth, Ohio was a Methodist minister and magic book publisher as The Evangel Press.
Biography
Rev. Balsiger used magic in his sermons[1] and was one of the first compilers of a "Magi-Ministers Parade" in the Linking Ring[2]
