Original manuscript

Cardboard Connection was a manuscript by Paul Harris released in 1977 and later reprinted in Art of Astonishment Vol 2 by Paul Harris (1996).

This routine was the progenitor to Harris's better-known (and much improved) approach to the Linking Cards plot, The Immaculate Connection.

Synopsis

The centers of any two cards are openly torn out creating a pair of impromptu "rings." These cardboard rings are linked together. The linked cards are then magically disconnected and can be handed out for examination.
