Father Paul Lloyd served as Chaplain of the IBM & attended & preformed at many magic conventions.
Father Lloyd was only two year when his family moved to Chicago where he lived until he lost both his parents at the age of 10. He was then raised in Aurora, Illinois, by an aunt & uncle.
A close friend of Brother John Hamman, he was served as president of IBM Ring 1 in 1951 & was a member of many organizations, including the Chicago Round Table & the Chicago Ring.
Lloyd won best novelty act at the Combined IBM/SAM convention in 1951, a year before his death of a heart attack at the age of 48.[1]

He was the author of a book of tricks for priests.
