Rev. Robert E. Olson, an American magician, collector, author and illustrator, specialized in gospel magic.[1][2] He is noted for his biographies of famous magicians.

Rev. Robert E. Olson was a Howard Thurston historian.[3] His articles on Thurston ran for ten years in Tops Magazine each contains a short (usually two-page) portion of the Thurston article series.
