Sydney Le Grande (c.1898-1923) was a performer and card worker. His act, " Snappy Moments," a happy blend of magic, music, and quick changes.
Biography
He studied magic with his friend De Vega.[1]
Sydney Le Grande as a member of the Glasgow Society of Magicians and performed with De Vega in a number of Scottish towns between 1919-1920. He left Glasgow for Dover in 1921 where he set up a photographic studio. He died in 1923 at the early age of twenty-five from chemical poisoning contracted during war service.[2]
His ideas appeared in the Magic Wand, Magical World, and Magician Monthly.[3]
