Hollywood Magic Shop was near the corner of Hollywood and Vine streets founded in 1935 by Bert Wheeler
It was located at 6268 Hollywood Blvd
Wheeler died in a plane crash returning to Los Angeles as pilot of a plane he had just purchased in Arizona. The magic shop was sold to Louis St. Pierre, Sr. by Bert Wheeler's sister in 1947.
