Senor Maldo (April 8, 1896- December 8, 1959) was born Abel Maldonado in Texas but raised in Mexico. He had a successful career touring the US Southwest and for the USO. One of his publicity stunt was "Buried Alive".
Maldo appeared on the TV Show "You asked for it!" doing his Substitution Trunk.
He was a president of PCAM and now the SAM branch in Santa Barbara, California is known as the Senor Maldo assembly.
