Percy Barrs, a member of the Pharmaceutical Society and Chemical Society, was a English magician that performed throughout London.

He performed most notably at Harrow School, King's School, Ely, and Blue Coat School, Horsham.

Barrs was a member of both the Magicians' Club and the Magic Circle. [1]

The Magic Circular was referring to him as the "late" Barrs by 1946.
