Arthur "Art" C. Spratt (fl.1920s-1930s) was an amateur magician that ran the Amateur Department section of The Sphinx under Doctor Wilson in the 1920s and then later ran the Amateur Dept. section for the first few years of Genii beginning in 1936.

Biography

On December 3, 1933, Spratt along with other locals from Kansas City, MO area, formed the Doctor Wilson Magical Society. The following year, they started publishing their official publication, with Spratt as the editor, called the Wilsonian.[1]
