Carl Hemeon(?-1982) was most active in P.C.A.M. serving as president in 1973.
Biography
Hemeon's interest in magic started in Nova Scotia where presented an act through out the maritimes in the 1930s with Karl Theuerkauf.
He held I.B.M. No. 14163, joining in 1953 and was a member of The Order of Merlin and Rings 92 (Vancouver) and 52 (Seattle, WA).[1] [2]
I.B.M. Ring 95 was named in his honor.[3]
