Collins Count is a false count with cards developed by Stanley Collins for vanishing an Ace from a packet of 4 cards using a Glide move.
First used in his "The Evaporating Aces" trick published in 1914. (I'm not sure it's the good reference), it's also explained in Original Magical Creations (1915) in The Omega Ace Experiment.
