Hugo Lecavalier

Hugo Lecavalier is a Montreal magician, comedian and actor who professionally perform close-up magic and stand-up magic. He is also a writer and a stage director.

Biography

Lecavalier has been studying and performing magical arts, comedy and theater since 1994 and started is career in 2002, performing at the Abracadabra show produced by Just for Laugh. In fact, he was performing with two other fellow magicians, nearly 4 shows a days 3 days a week for spectator's aged between 4 and 12.

Le Cirque du Soleil invited him to perform his show for their private Christmas party and was a big hit. He also was hired by Nintendo for a special event on Time Square New York USA.

Lecavalier worked with award winning magicians Olmac and Guy Camirand on a magic DVD for the magician community.

He also featured with Dean Gunnarson (escape artist) and Guy Camirand (master magician) in the Gemini Awards Mystery Hunter Tribute to Houdini episode TV program, hosted by David Acer.
