Oscar Paulsen was a semi-professional magician who did a comedy act.

He was a member of the Mahatma Circle of Magicians.[1], president of the I.B.M. British Ring, and Inner member of the Magic Circle. He was a contributor to the Linking Ring and the Mahatma Circular.

Eventually Oscar's family came to England to live, where he worked as a telegraphist and later became the Manager of the Cable & Cipher Dept. for I.T.T. Company.

He produced the Magic Circle Show in 1924. [2]
