J. Russell Duck (? - May 24, 1959) was known professionally as "Rusduck". He was a police chief in Pennsylvania and was active in the IBM and the Magicops.

In February, 1957, Mr. Duck founded the magazine The Cardiste, devoted entirely to card tricks. He continued the magazine until illness prevented him from working. He succumbed to cancer in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.

He is noted for his work on Card Stacks and invented the Stay-Stack.
