P.C. Sorcar, Jr.

P.C. Sorcar, Jr. (formal name Prodip Chandra Sorcar) (born 31 July 1946 - ) is an Indian magician based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He is the son of legendary Indian magician P. C. Sorcar. He is also the recipient of Merlin Award in Magic.

He holds a Doctorate degree in applied psychology from the University of Calcutta. He is better known for his magic known as Indrajaal. His First stage-show: assisted his father at Kolkatas New Empire in 1959. First solo performance: at Siliguris Railway Institute Hall in 1961 Each show involves:48 tons of equipment, 75 artistes, psychedelic laser-lighting system, 500 brocade dresses, 48 illusions.

He has "vanished" the Taj Mahal and the Amritsar Express. He is also known for debunking the miracles of the Sathya Sai Baba.
