Push-off Count is a false count that deals two or more cards off the deck as one.
Mentionned (but not explained) in Hugard's Magic Monthly, Vol. 5, No. 10, march 1948 as the Push-off False Count by Fred Braue, page 403.
Explained in Dai Vernon's More Inner Secrets of Card Magic, page 84, 1960.
