Dr. A.C. Wilsmann (1899-1966) was a German journalist, physician, and amateur magician. He developed a great many number of card tricks on a mathematical basis, he published frequently in the magazine of the German Magischer Zirkel. In 1938 he released “A history of magic - Die zersägte Jungfrau“ which was the first bibliography about German literature on magic.
