Bert E. Uebele III is the owner of Land of Magic and Novelties, in Boca Raton, Florida and founder of the Bert Uebele I.B.M. Ring 262 in Boca Raton.

Biography

An ex-football player, Uebele became interested in magic at the age of five when "assisting" a magician to vanished a bottle of coke.

He had careers in the armed services, in entertainment as a"semi-pro", and in business as a senior officer for a Michigan construction firm. During his days in the Army, he won a competition to appear as a magician on the Ed Sullivan show.

Following his discharge, he did thousands of shows for veterans' hospitals. He made magic his full time business in the 1980s, establishing a magic shop called "The Land of Magic" in Boca Raton, Florida.

With Randy Merriman, a former CBS and NBC game show host, they formed Boca Raton's I.B.M. Ring number 262.[1]
