Herbert E. "Birt" Pratt ( 1900 - January, 1985) was a London businessman, one of Britain's foremost magic collectors and Magic Circle librarian.
Pratt helped edit The Midget Magician with Wilfred Huggins using the joint pseudonym "Albert Wind".
Pratt wrote several articles on collecting using the pen name Ptinos
