Bill Elliott, of the W. A. Elliott Company, Toronto, Canada, was a manufacturer of magical apparatus, puzzles and jokes.
He was well known for his puzzle "The Vanishing Leprachaun."
Elliott did the silk-screen of Pat Patterson Lyons' artwork for the covers of Howard Lyons' magazine Ibidem, as well as contributed many routines for it.[1]- ↑ Ibidem Vol 2
