Gambler's Cop

Gambler's Cop (or Palm) is a card sleight in which a playing card is held deep in the palm. This leaves the fingers free to move.[1]
John J. Crimmins, Jr. in Hugard's Magic Monthly (June, 1954) stated "While the mechanics of the gambler's palm appear upon first reading to be almost impossible to cover up, yet the fact remains that when it's executed perfectly, as I've seen Dr. Daley do, it is absolutely free of detection. Marlo's moves here are his own, and well worth learning.
