Henry Gordien (1890- February 9, 1967) was a street magician from Minneapolis who would work New York's Lower East Side.

Henry gave Al Flosso his first apprenticeship, acting as a shill when selling magic tricks on the street. Henry was also responsible for many other young magicians becoming professionals including Jay Ose and Eddie Tullock.

Many of his inventions are in Hilliard's Greater Magic. He sold Harry Houdini the needle trick that he used.

Henry had had his larnyx removed because of cancer, but still performed magic shows in pantomime until his death.

His son, Fortune, held world's discus-throwing record for nine years and has played supporting roles in movies.
