Jack Ketch Monthly was announced as a new magazine coming from Jack Ketch in the March 1963 issue of The New Phoenix (No. 378).
It was distributed only to the 25 "Trick Brain Club" members. The first 23 members as of February 1971 were Lloyd E. Jones, Jack Ketch, Bob Gunther, Sid Fleischman, Pete Biro, Gerald Kosky, Tan Hock Chaun, Aldini, Bob Rossi, Martin Gardner, Milt Kort, Mike Rogers, Jay Marshall, Larry Arcuri, Jerry Blount, Gen Grant, Don Tanner, Bascom Jones, Walter Graham, Glenn Gravatt, Jose Famadas, Teeny Long, and Earl Reum.
