During the last months of Dr. Daley's life he evolved another of his excellent card tricks, which he demonstrated for [[Dai Vernon]]. Born in Russia (although some early reference say New York[1] and others say he came to New York at the age of three) and graduated from Fordham University School of Medicine then founded the American Otolaryngologic Society for Plastic Surgery.

Several of his routines he developed were published in the Stars of Magic series. He also took the photographs for Dai Vernon's Royal Monte and Slydini's The Art of Using the Lap as a Servante.
