Larry Carter (1895-1960) took over the role as "Carter the Great" when his famous father Charles Joseph Carter (1874–1936) became ill in early 1935.

Biography

After coming back from performing abroad, his final performance was given in San Francisco the 1936, just when The Depression started.

His mother kept the show in storage, refusing him access. He became a car salesman in San Francisco until his death.[1]
