Lloyd Jones

Lloyd Jones (July 7, 1906 - September 18, 1984) was a pharmacist, book dealer and publisher.

Born in Grass Valley, California, but moved to Oakland as a child.

He wrote book reviews for Genii under a column titled "Light From The Lamp" for many years and later in Tops. He published many magic magazines including The Bat, Bat, Jr., S.O.B., Jr. and finally Bat Droppings.

Lloyd was the first President of the PCAM, was a founding member and served as president of the Oakland Magic Circle and the national SAM.

In April, 1981 he was made an Honorary Member of the Magic Collectors Association.
