Magical Youths International

Magical Youths International was formed in 1955 and later became an official program of the I.B.M. in 1999.
The magazine PIPS was published by Magic Youths International from January 1956 until December 1965 at roughly monthly intervals.[1]
Later, Top Hat was became their official publication.
