Mars the Magician (b.1917-d.2005) was the Florida based magician Alston Cockrell.
biography
Mars started out as a semi-professional and later created a full evening show.
He served as president of IBM Ring No. 130 in Jacksonville in the 1950s.
He retired from performing in 1978.
