PIPS was a magazine published by Magical Youths International from January 1956 until December 1965 at roughly monthly intervals.

The first 13 issues were bimonthly (through February 1958) until the editor, Keith Halbasch, resigned. After a 14 month hiatus, PIPS reappeared with two new editors who continued it until issue No. 21 (June 1959) when they were about to enroll in college.

Ed Cherney of Lorain, Ohio, was appointed to take their place. Issue No. 22 was scheduled to appear in August 1960. It wasn't actually issued until October 1960. Possibly only one copy of Issue No. 23 (April 1961) and Issue No. 24 (May 1961) were published. The last issue by Cherney was Issue No. 25 (June 1961).

The next known issue of PIPS is No. 31 (December 1961) (presumably, issues 26 through 30 had not appeared, but had their been a PIPS published for each month, December would have been No. 31, and was so numbered). [1]
