Perpetual Lists was issued by the Kentucky magic dealer Teral Garrett.[1]
They were mimeographed on both sides of 8½ x 11 paper (frequently on colored paper) with the pages consecutively numbered. Usually, he issued 4 to 8 pages in a mailing. "Pages 328-331" where published in 1968.
The list overlapped with Teal's other periodical, The Cosair.

The Checklist of Conjuring Catalogs by Burton Sperber, has six entries of the perpetual list.
