Peter Salem was the driving force for many years behind the junior magicians' Silver Wand Club in Toronto, Canada and appeared two seasons at Canada's Wonderland, an amusement park near Toronto.[1]
He wrote a monthly column about magic entitled "Salem's Salaams" for the Hat & Rabbit Club (IBM Ring 17) members and appeared at Abbott's Get-together Close-Up Show.[2]
He committed suicide at the age of 36.
