Philip "Phil" Willmarth (1931-2014), a magician and author, was the I.B.M. International President (2007-2008).

Biography

Willmarth served as the Asst Editor (1980-1992) and Executive Editor (1992-2007) (Parade Editor) of The Linking Ring. He was also editor of The Linking Ring from 1993 - 2005.[1]
