The Pop Eyed Popper Deck (also known as Pop-Eyed Eye-Popper, Nu-Idea Forcing Deck, Rough-Smooth Forcing Deck) is a Force Deck developed by Ralph W. Hull in 1942.

Similar in concept to the Svengali Deck, the Pop Eyed Popper Deck is distinct in that you can spread the cards face up between your hands and show them to be different, then turn the deck face down and offer a free selection of what will ultimately (and always) be your force card.

A trick commonly performed with this deck is the Ambitious Card. In 1990, David Acer released another application called Nomen Omen.
