Professor Helmann (c.1869-1909), with his wife as assistant and his brother as manager, toured Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. He performed seances and copied the feats of the Davenport Brothers.

Biography

His poor health compelled him to abandon magic as a profession, so he bought a small estate near Alexandria, Virginia and became a farmer. [1]
