The Playing-Card is the official journal of the International Playing-Card Society.
Originally called "The Journal of the International Playing-Card Society", it began in August, 1972. With Volume IX No. 1, (August 1980) it changed the name to "The Playing-Card" and is currently an A5 journal with articles and research and color plates.[1]
The editor of the April/June 2011 issue was Peter Endebrock of Germany.
