Theodore "Ted" H. Arnold (1903-1938) was a wealthy New York amateur mentalist and collector.

Biography

Arnold was a close friend to Ted Annemann and John Northern Hilliard. He bequeathed his special trunk that held his props to Dai Vernon.[1]

He was originally given the credit for the Center Tear by Annemann for many years.[2][3]

Arnold was active in the SAM (member no. 1505) with Parent Assembly No. 1 in New York City. He later moved to Kentucky in the late 1930s to join the Queen City Mystics, Assembly No. 11 of the SAM, just before his death.
