Tom Bowyer (1902-1949), born in England, was known as T. Van Russell in Canada where he was a charter member of the I.B.M. Ring 17 in Toronto..[1]

Biography

He invented The Repeat Bill Trick (1938) and was a contributor to Ibidem.[2] [3] [4] [5]
