P. P. Vasco was a semi-professional entertainer specializing in illusions, cards and billiard balls.
In 1931, he was a member of the IBM and living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.[1]
A promotional photo can be seen in the Conjuring Arts exhibit "The Many Faces of Magic"[2]
