The Veeser Count, an application of the "Veeser Concept", is a false count with cards used to accomplish the same objective as the Elmsley Count. It was developed by Bob Veeser independently, having no knowledge of the Elmsley method. Some say it's easier to learn.

The Veeser Concept was published in M-U-M, December 1959 and has also been called the "K.B.V. Move" as it was an extension of the K.B. Move.
