Lin Searles (1914 - December 22, 1972), born Lynn Searles, was author, magic shop owner and magician.

Searles was an author of many western novels and worked at Owen Magic for a number of years.

He was the creator of the classic card plot called Cannibal Cards. Other creations of his were published in Pallbearers Review by Karl Fulves.

Searles helped write scripts for Mark Wilson's TV show "Magic land Of Allakazam".

Later, he was owner of the Magic Wand, a magic store in Pasadena, California and died as a result of gunshot wounds inflicted in the course of a robbery there.
